How Do I Customise a Product

We are coming out with video tutorials to help you customise better! If you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us!

The customizer did not load and remains at loading?

Try these steps below:
1) ‘Refresh’ browser.
2) If still does not work, try using a different browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox…)

P/S: If the above 2 steps still does not work, try smacking your computer 3 times. It works for us…. sometimes.

How is the product quality like?

At Pabble, we always ensure that our products are quality inspected before shipment or delivery. If you have any feedback or suggestions, you can e-mail us at admin@pabble.com.my.

Can you design for me?

If you need a specially customized artwork or design, we keep a team of graphic designers in our basement to do that for you! To provide them with food and shelter, we will usually charge a minimum of RM5.00 per customized artwork (Depending on the complexity of the design).

P/S: We do not have people in our basement. We don’t even have a basement.

How long will the product takes to reach me?

Our production usually takes about 5 to 7 working days to process and post. Including delivery, it could take up to about 9 working days. We used to send our orders by pigeons but they keep getting distracted by the good food around Subang Jaya, so we switched to a postage courier instead.

What happens after ordering?

Once your purchase is confirmed, our operations team will process your design within 5 working days. Then, we will wrap it up with all our love and send it to the nearest delivery hub to be shipped out to you, sealed with a kiss. You will then receive a love letter from us to tell you your tracking number.

Do i receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive an online invoice after your purchase is completed.

Can i do a bulk order?

Of course you can! Please contact us at admin@pabble.com.my and we will provide you with a quotation for orders 50 and above. We’ll throw in good prices for you too 😉

Can I order if I’m not from Malaysia?

Yes of course! We accept payments from international Visa or Mastercard cards as well. However, we do not provide free shipping for international orders (Sorry, our local pigeons were not trained to fly internationally). Do check with us on the shipping fee as international shipping from Malaysia varies for all countries.

I need a product urgently! Can i get it done?

If you need to receive your order within a few days, please check with us before ordering! We usually recommend a self-collection around Subang area as we might not guarantee that the order can arrive on time. Sorry, we don’t do Fast and Furious 🙁

What Payment Methods do you Accept?

We accept Credit Card & Debit Card payments.

How Secure is the Online Shop? Is my Data Protected?

We write your telephone numbers at the public toilet stalls >:) No I’m honestly just kidding, we don’t do that.
We only use received personal information to keep you informed or updated on your order. Shipping addresses are only used for shipping purposes. You may receive information from us about new products, new services, promotions and special offers, and you may opt out from our newsletter at any time. Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your personal information with any other entities.

Can i get a refund after my purchase?

We check our orders with love before sending them out. In an unfortunate case which our love for you is damaged or wrong, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with your order reference number, name, contact number, address, and reason for refund/exchange. Please note:

  • The item is your responsibility until it is returned us. It must be returned to us in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
  • If the defect is found to be inflicted after we have delivered the item, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange.
  • Our refund/exchange policy varies on a case-by-case basis.

What happens if I accidentally made a double payment?

Don’t worry, just e-mail us your order at admin@pabble.com.my and we will contact you regarding the refund process. Refunds can take up to 3 weeks as we need to reconcile with our payment gateway and they take 3 weeks to process refunds.

How long will the product take to reach me?

We do not do in house delivery but we hire external courier services to send our parcels. From the date of posting, the order will usually reach you within 2 to 3 working days.

What are the local delivery charges?

As long as you have an address, we provide FREE delivery Malaysia-wide, until further notice.

What are the international delivery charges?

For international shipping, please let us know your destination country and we will check with the postage companies on what the rates are. From past experiences, shipping overseas usually has a minimum rate of RM25.00.
