It is most likely due to outdated browser platform. Our customizer works with common browsers such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc, provided that it is updated to the latest version. We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome browser for best experience.
We deliver to all Malaysia destinations including Sabah and Sarawak using PosLaju with RM10 charges for all product ranges. For overseas destination, standard international delivery charges apply. All products will be properly shipped in boxes, suitable for postage purpose.
We accept cash bank deposit, online banking, credit card payment and Paypal.
We will need 3-5 days processing time to produce your custom product. We will then wrap it in secure packaging and ship to your location using Pos Laju (Express Delivery). The normal delivery period from shipment date is within 2-3 days, including Sabah & Sarawak locations.
We use the personal information you give us, such as your billing, shipping and email addresses, to process and keep you informed on your order. You may, from time to time, receive information from us about new products, new services, promotions and special offers we think you'll find valuable. Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your email address with any other company for marketing or any other purposes.
Once you confirmed your purchase with us, our system will immediately start to process your order. The production process normally takes 3-5 days, as we want to ensure every custom product quality meets our high Quality Control (QC) standards. Once your order is completed, we will pack it securely in plastic packaging and ship it to your location. Tracking number will be provided for all orders.
Electronic invoice will be sent upon purchases via email.
We offer 100% money back guarantee for all purchases within 1 week from your received order date. If you think that you received wrong order, or defective product, you just have to snap a photo and email it to us together with your purchase details such as invoice ID. We will also take care of the return and re- shipment shipping cost.
