This could happen due to various reasons. If your customizer does not load after 'refreshing', we would advise you to use a different browser or make sure your browser is updated to the latest version. Our customizer works with common browsers such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc. provided that it is updated to the latest version. We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome for best experience.
We accept Credit Card/Debit Card payments, PayPal, and Online Bank Transfer.
Of course you can! Please contact us and we will provide you with a quotation for orders 50 and above. We'll throw in good prices for you as well.
As long as you have a valid address, we deliver to any parts of Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak with RM10 charges for all product ranges. For overseas destination, standard international delivery charges apply. As of 1st October 2017, we are providing you FREE SHIPPING services until further notice (Not applied for international shipping).
Our production usually takes about 3 to 5 working days to process and 2 to 3 working days to deliver, depending on the stock availability. As these products are customized by you, we want to make sure that every detail down to the artwork and product material is in accordance with our high Quality Control (QC) standards.
If you have an urgent order and need to receive it within 5 working days, please contact us to check on the product availability and we will advice you accordingly! If we have the products ready, we will definitely try our best to deliver it to you on time! We would also advise for a self-collection around Subang area for urgent orders as the packages might be delayed by the courier services.
We only use received personal information to keep you informed or updated on your order. Shipping addresses are only used for shipping purposes. You may receive information from us about new products, new services, promotions and special offers, and you may opt out from our newsletter at any time. Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your personal information with any other entities.
Once your purchase is made, our system will prompt us to process your order. Our production normally takes 3 to 5 working days as we want to ensure every custom product quality meets our high Quality Control (QC) standards. Once your order is completed, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number, and your product will reach you within 2 to 3 working days.
An electronic invoice will be sent upon confirmation of purchase via email.
All orders are checked for defects before shipment. In an unfortunate case which you receive an unsatisfactory item, please contact us at us within 7 days of receipt with your order reference number, name, address and reason for return/exchange. All other cases will only be eligible for a one-for-one exchange. Please note:
- The item is your responsibility until it is returned us. It must be returned to us in its original condition.
- The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
- If the defect is found to be inflicted after we have delivered the item, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange.
